Growth Masala built the website for Health Factor Dental Clinic in Hari Nagar, New Delhi. The site brings together treatment information, dentist and team profiles, clinic photographs, opening hours and an appointment-request form that opens WhatsApp.
This is a Delhi project delivered by a business based in Mahabubnagar. It illustrates our website work beyond Telangana; it is not presented as a Hyderabad clinic or a local Hyderabad case study.
The user need: understand the clinic before making contact
A clinic website has several practical questions to answer. Visitors may want to learn about a treatment, see who provides care, look at the clinic, check its hours or ask about an appointment.
The design task was to make those different types of information accessible within one site. Our analysis is that separating them helps visitors find the detail relevant to their next step. That is design reasoning, not a claim about patient behaviour measured on this project or a statement attributed to the clinic.
This article discusses website structure and contact features. It does not evaluate treatments, clinical outcomes or the quality of care.
Treatment information and people have their own place
Dedicated treatment pages allow visitors to explore a service without relying on a short homepage label. Dentist and team profiles give the people behind the clinic a separate place in the navigation.
Clinic photographs and opening hours answer a different set of questions about the place itself. Together, these elements let visitors inspect the clinic's own information before deciding whether to contact it.
For a buyer planning a similar site, these are distinct content requirements. Treatment descriptions, professional profiles and photographs need to be gathered and reviewed; they are not interchangeable with a generic list of services. A proposal should make clear who supplies each item and who checks it before publication.
The appointment form hands over to WhatsApp
The appointment form opens WhatsApp with the request prepared for the visitor to review and send. The visitor still takes the sending action. The clinic then needs to respond and confirm arrangements.
That distinction matters: this is an appointment-request flow, not a confirmed booking system. It does not establish that a time is available merely because someone completes the form. A confirmation should come from the clinic after the request has been handled.
When commissioning a clinic website, ask the developer to demonstrate the complete handoff. Check what the visitor sees after submitting, where the request goes, and who follows up. Labels should describe the actual next step so people know what to expect.
What the delivered site demonstrates
The visible work includes treatment navigation, dentist and team profiles, clinic photos, opening hours and the WhatsApp request flow. The live site's Growth Masala credit also identifies our work. The portfolio screenshot records the homepage; opening the live site gives a fuller view of its separate pages.
We have not published verified appointment totals, conversion rates, search-position gains or before-and-after traffic for this project. A form interaction is not evidence of a sent message, a confirmed appointment or a completed visit. No ranking or patient-acquisition result is guaranteed by this case study.
A takeaway for clinic website buyers
Start with the information a visitor needs and the process your team can support. Decide whether you need an enquiry form, a WhatsApp request or a booking system with availability and confirmation. Those are different scopes and should be priced accordingly.
